When at the end of the summer the last ferries with tourists leave the French island of Corsica and most of young Marc-Antoine’s friends have left for the mainland to study or to work, he and his friend Mickael remain behind on the deserted island. This year the choice between staying with limited prospects or to depart towards the mainland of France with it’s unlimited prospects seems bigger than ever. On top of that Marc-Antoine’s new love Marie awaits his arrival to the mainland. But while his friend Mickael is full of plans to leave, is Marc-Antoine able to escape his solidified routine?
